Meet Coach M
My name is Michaela Robichaud and I am the Owner of Movement by M! Having worked in the fitness industry over 11+ years, I have found my purpose in helping people live happy and healthy lives. ​ As a health educator and personal trainer, it is my passion to help others be better versions of themselves.​ I’ve had the pleasure of working with many individuals from all walks of life and developed a passion to encourage, motivate, and guide my clients through training to live pain-free, strong, and adventurous lives.
I am a firm believer that if we, as humans take good care of ourselves mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally, then we will not only live a more quality life, but we can help take better care of those around us, too.​ Movement by M is more than just a gym. It is a place where you can increase confidence, build relationships, enhance your physical capabilities, and live a more purpose-centered life.

She owns a professional dog sitting business and rotates between 12 families throughout the year.
